Try Bangkok Assay. They don’t have bars but they be having silver balls sold in kg. Problem is that they be adding taxes to silver out here. good luck.
FYI – Bangkok Assay do sell silever in bars, 500G bars of 99.9 I bought 20Kg of them, so can confirm this… but yes unfortunately you do have to pay tax at 7%

In the silver price table you list .585 as 14k and US standard. That is correct for gold.
Silver cannot be legally sold in the USA as silver unless the silver content is .925 (sterling silver or 925/1000 silver).
Please confirm this to your satisfaction and correct the entry.
